All 11 maisonettes, studios and suites of Ikies are spacious and offer an impressive view of the sunset, the volcano and the Caldera area. They are built on a romantic, isolated spot, carved into the volcanic cliffs, offering some of the finest Santorini accommodation.
The 3 studios are one bedroom apartments, each with a double bed, a small kitchenette, a dressing table, and a bathroom.
The superior studio has a private hot tub on the terrace with views of the Caldera and the village of Oia.
We serve breakfast on the terrace or balcony each morning.
All studios are air-conditioned and include a safe deposit box, satellite TV, a DVD player, a CD/MP3 player, a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.
The 3 maisonettes are located near the pool area and have a bedroom in the loft which looks down onto the living area. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a kitchenette, a dinning table, and built-in sofas.
The view of the Aegean Sea and Caldera through the loft window of the maisonettes is unique. We serve breakfast on the terrace or balcony each morning.

The 5 suites are large houses with spacious bedrooms and living areas. Each house is different in both layout and décor, but all have a private hot tub nestled in the corner of the terrace with a view of the Caldera and the village of Oia.
Several of them are honeymoon suites, each of which boasts a private steam bath and Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We serve breakfast on the terrace or balcony each morning.

All accommodation rates are per night for two persons and include continental breakfast and all taxes.
- The superior suites and studios include a private hot tub on their terrace
- For reservations for less than 3 nights, daily rates are increased by 10%
- Transfer arrangements and car rental service are available
Reservations
In order to make a reservation, it is necessary that 30% of the total cost of the stay be prepaid 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. The remaining balance should be paid a week (7 days) prior to the guest's arrival. Reservations will not be honoured otherwise.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation occurs:
- Less than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date during the low season, 30% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
- Between 21 and 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date during the high season, 30% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
- 6 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date during the high season, 70% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
- In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
